Due Diligence/Application Process

To give us a better understanding of who you are, what you need or want, and how we can help, please complete our application form. For very early companies, we will evaluate the commercialization potential of your technology, your business model, and your company’s business structure to establish a “baseline” for you and your company. More advanced companies may qualify for an expedited review.

Here is how the process works:

• Step 1
• Any company or potential company desiring service from BioLaunch611+ KIZ should complete our application form, either on-line or downloaded.
• Step 2
• Once we receive the completed application, we will forward it to our Diligence Committee.
• Step 3
• Depending upon your stage of development, you may be asked to make a presentation to the full Committee, or you may qualify for an expedited review.
• Step 4
• After the presentation or review, we will prepare a plan containing our recommendations for next steps and meet with you to go over it and reach agreement on scope, milestones, responsibilities and timeline.
• Step 5
• We will ask you to sign off on the agreed-upon next steps.

Confidentiality Disclaimer
BioLaunch611+ KIZ does not sign confidentiality agreements. While we understand the sensitive nature of the documents that entrepreneurs submit and treat them with discretion, we must distribute these materials to members of our Diligence Committee in order to properly evaluate entrepreneurs’ plans. Before each review, Diligence Committee members are asked to disclose any conflicts of interest and to excuse themselves if there is a conflict. However, applicants should provide only non-confidential information to BioLaunch611+ KIZ.
